when i look at a users stats I am seeing on a daily basis anywhere up to 40 logouts. Are we just suffering 'normal' internet errors or are there any settings I can change which would reduce this. At some times I only have 1 agent logged on and when this occurs it can also result in a dropped call. I appreciate any suggestions.
