Calls terminated shortly after connecting to an agent.

Hello,
starting today we've been getting random hangups on our calls. The call will connect and an answering machine or person will answer, then anywhere from 7 seconds to 20 seconds later the call will disconnect. So someone will literally be speaking and saying "thank you for calling ..." -pew. You hear the "pew" sound and the agent screen shows the call is hungup.
The campaign dial method is set to Ratio with a level of 1.
I've already investigated the issue with our carrier and they see the calls being disconnected on our end. But when you look at the call history it shows the "HANGUP REASON" as "Caller". It does not happen on every call but it is happening on the majority of calls.
Dialer specs:
Vicibox10 Express-Install
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3612
DB Schema Version: 1662
DB Schema Update Date: 2022-07-22 15:35:31
Install Date: 2022-07-22
*Vicidial whitelist firewall is enabled if that makes a difference.
Server Specs:
Dedicated Cloud Server
4 CPU Cores
160 GB Storage
8 GB RAM
Any ideas?
