No leads in hopper

Hi,
In our set up, everything has been working flawlessly. But lately we found that customizing the time (1000 - 1745) creates an issue, when we use this custom time, agent gets the message "No leads in the hopper for this campaign", and in lead menu it clearly says "Dialable " to be ZERO, but changing the time to 24 hours magically resolves the issue, we were well in the middle of the time frame when we found this. It is absolutely necessary for us to follow this time frame, so any help in this direction is greatly appreciated.

Try running the Hopper script manually in Linux CLI and add --debugXXX and see what it says there

Hi, we rectified the issue by setting the 'phone code override' to our country's. Previously we were not touching that.
