I have a client that needs to be able to search for leads that need to go through QC.
Ideally, we'd like to search by fields such as Name, Surname, Call Date, Lead Status; very similar to Lists > Search For A Lead.
And when searching via Lists > Search For A Lead, we can click through to the Lead Modify page.
But clicking on Click here to QC Modify this lead gives me (what I believe) an error: No QC record detected - exiting.
Any ideas?
