hey guys,
Ive noticed that list last call date is being updated when an agent manual dials a number from that list even tho it is inactive. Is there a way that it only updates when it gets active and dialed in a campaign?
the issue we are having is that when we go to reactivate a list we would like to sort them by the date the list was really last called by the auto-dial. right now it shows that most list have been called recently but that is not true.
iam running vici8.1 installed with vicibox.iso

Oh hey, welcome to the boards!
A few questions if I may;
- Which particular column are you referencing? Last Local Call Time from vicidial_list or some other column.
- What's happening with that manual dial call? Like, is the call being made or is there an error for inactive list?
- Any custom data for these leads? What are you manual dial constraints on your campaign?
