Sorry, there are no available sessions problem

When I log in agc/vicidial.php I got "Sorry, there are no available sessions" message. I have a campaing, a lead with one phone record in it. I tried both manual dial and predictive dialing. I got the same error message. Any help? thanks.

Have you properly populated vicidial_conferences table in mysql database ?

Are they assigned to the proper server_ip for the server that your Asterisk/VICIDIAL installation is on?

I don't know where to check the IP address. But when I look at the asterisk console I don't see any activity when I click Submit button.

I got the same problem here what should I check from the extexsions.conf
