Just silence after call is connected

I’m using Vici dial auto for my outbound campaign but I’m facing an issue .Most of the calls get connected but there is just silence no audio from other end .The timer keeps on counting .70% to 80% are these calls .Can anyone help me sort out this problem or identify it .

Have you tried dialing directly from the softphone to those silent numbers? While doing so, enable the rtp set debug on. It's also a good suggestion to check with other carriers."

Either your firewall is blocking the media as some carriers change media IP's or your carrier is providing you with FAS.
