hello,
i am using Vicibox 9.0.3
VERSION: 2.14-828a
BUILD: 210907-1901
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3516
DB Schema Version: 1644
DB Schema Update Date: 2021-09-09 07:14:02
when i use campaign option to record 3way calls, it does recording the calls, but call length is full 60 min, even if both parties hangup the call. i get a full 60 min recording,
example: if both parties spoke for 10 min and hangup. i get a recording length for 60 min.. 10 min of their conversation is recorded, rest 50 min is blank.
how to fix this call length.
recording should be stopped as soon as both parties hangup the call.

WARNING, this may result in these call recordings having several extra minutes of silence at the end of the recordings, after the customer and 3way call have hung up, unless your System Administrator enables the --cu3way and --no-vc-3way-check options on your dialers.
how to enable these in dialer
