I want to rotate multiple phone numbers for each state, alternating basically by each call if possible for my whole team of call agents. If i have 4 phone numbers for a state, how do I go about making them rotate evenly?
Will it work to add all 4 phone numbers under the same state under Admin, CID GROUPS? If I add 4 numbers for the same state, and make them all active, will it rotate automatically?
Thanks for the assistance.

Follow up question.
If my team makes 1,000 calls a day over 7 states, Would 5 numbers per state on rotation be sufficient to avoid being marked as spam?
Thank you

Thanks, all the calls are divided over 7 states, and in this scenario 5 different phone numbers. The average calls per did per day should be about 28 calls per day per did broken up throughout the day.
