Customer Info Doesn't Save in Main tab but Saves in Form tab

I'm having an issue where data updated by an agent on the Main Vicidial Customer Information (CRM) tab is not saved, even though "Disable Alter Customer Data" is set to "N".
I checked the agent settings and the "Agent Alter Customer Data Override" setting is also set to "Not Active" which should accept the Campaign settings.
If the agent updates the fields on the "Form" tab everything does save. It's only when updating on the CRM tab that the data does not save.
Are there any other settings I should check? Is it a bug?
