Hello Team
Here one of my prospect looking for 40 agent on the system with call recording enabled.
Please take a note that all 40 agents are active on same time for the calling with incoming and outgoing. They have around 40K call traffic.

Definitely need a cluster. 40k per day? How many concurrent calls on average?

1st Scenario
Yes, 40k per day and 100 Concurrent Calls can be possbile.

2nd Scenario
Is standalone server enough for Dial Method: manual dial "Dial Next Number" with 40 Agents.
32 GB RAM 16 Core CPU

Either scenario would be fine with only 100 concurrent calls or 40 manually dialing on a single server
