On Hold Prompt Interval doesn't work

Hi all,

I recorded an "On Hold Prompt Filename" for inbound calls and set 100 in "On Hold Prompt Interval". Despite this, the audio file starts at the first waiting ring of the caller but I would like the audio file to start much later. What setting should I change?

That is how this feature works, If you would like a later message I would recommend making a custom "Music On Hold" audio instead, this will also not block other calls from proceeding to an agent if the front call is hearing the message, like the On Hold Prompt does.
