Wait time before offer call to the agent

Hello Team

Below are my Call flow
- Incoming call coming into the system
- It will goes under the call Menu
In Call Menu we have 2 option
- Press 1 - Go into the Queue
- Press 2 - Hangup Call
- After Press1 I Need 20 second wait time before offer call to the agent.

Here what happen
- After press 1 call is assigned to available Agent for that Queue.


I need 15 to 30 sec wait time before assign call to the agent after press 1 from Call Menu

Have it go to an empty ingroup with no agent no queue sent to agent queue with 20 second wait time

I suggest you can put welcome file on your ingroup for 15-30 seconds, so your customer can not hangup the call while it is playing that welcome file, and once it is finished it will connect to available agent.

This plays before the transfer to agent. Welcome the prospect to whatever they just pressed one for.

However: It would be interesting to find out WHY you need that long. Is there a process that has to "go get some information"?
