All installation and configuration problems and questions

So we have an inbound setup which is working fine we can clearly read the customer CID, problem is when transfer calls to a different server via SIP Extension calling (also using asterisk/vicidal) the CID show as Y30113270600017040.
the transfer is triggered via Drop Call Seconds 10 and we have Action Transfer CID = CUSTOMER
Any ideas? thanks in advance

If you are really using a version from 2019, please upgrade to the latest svn/trunk revision. Then test again.
