Coding would be necessary. This is not presently a feature of Vicidial. That being said: It could certainly be added. While the calls do go directly to the Asterisk Dialplan, that asterisk diaplan is configured and controlled by Vicidial and asterisk CAN be configured to interact with Vicidial scripts (including AGI scripts) which perform tasks such as this as part of Vicidial. Finding the simplest method to make this happen would probably take longer than actually making it happen. LOL
You'll never be able to stop people using their Cell Phones to call people on the DNC (aside from blocking phone numbers from agent's view) but if they are sending the call through your Vicidial system, you can both record the call (already exists) and block DNC numbers (would require code).
