Dual Channel Recordings

Does anyone know if on the newest vicibox and newest SVN and asterisk 16 there is a way to do "Dual channel recordings"

I believe whats being asked for it the ability to separate the customer and the agent into two separate channels. so that they can use some AI to process and QC the recordings.

Not by default in Asterisk/VICIdial, since the conferencing engine pre-mixes the audio going into the sessions. We did however create a new Gateway Recording Server set of utilities last year to allow a passthrough server running Asterisk and a few scripts to be able to record all incoming and outgoing calls in stereo like you describe.
