60 Second Agent Screen Delay

I have a New Vicibox server deployed for testing, its a single server with just one agent logged in to test,
I have the voip trunks configured and everything works as expected with one exception, I have a manual dial campaign. and when i click on dial, it calls the lead but it takes EXACTLY 60 seconds for the Agent screen to show live call and also pop the webform. Any ideas on this one??

Single Server - express installation.

You skipped the build for this server (you have it on your signature for the running cluster, however, LOL).
Do you have any special urls defined in the campaign (dispo, start call ...)? Those have been known to time out and delay processing.
Is this a virtual machine? (for sandbox should still work perfectly but a valid question)
You said it takes 60 seconds for the screen to show, but you did not state clearly that the call goes live at the 0 seconds of that 60 second countdown. Please provide blow-by-blow: Ring? Answer? Sound (confirming two-way)? Vicidial lead data pop?
You can try to debug this by tracing these events in the agent screen's java console. Are there still "every second" packets traveling, but they just don't include the client data until you hit 60 seconds?
You can also trace with the vicidial logs in both var/log/astguiclient and /var/log/asterisk to see what's progressing and where the "pause" occurs.

My bad the ver / build is : VERSION: 2.14-920a / BUILD: 240627-1950
Just ran the update on Friday the 28th , I do have a webform and an update.php page that pushes info back to CRM for realtime-ish updates for the start of call and dispo urls in the campaign. (same as in my production system) as well as a few ancillary functions in CRM. Ill pull those out and test again, as for the blow by blow its pretty much as follows:
- Log into agent screen - Agent Phone rings and I answer "You are the only..."....
- Click the Dial button (manual Campaign) - Tone is heard on extension and I hear the ringing on the agent extension and my test cellphone rings.
-- At this point there is no indication on the agent screen, no live call notification, buttons greyed out for Xfer, Hangup, etc.. even after i have answered the cellphone.
- At exactly 60 Secs after I clicked the call button, the webform pops up and the agent screen goes into Live Call Mode, I can Hang up and dispo then.
-Tried PJSIP trunk to asterisk 19 box and also currently just making use of direct Sip trunk to my provider.
-I can call out fine without issue from the agents extension with the 9+1+ 10 Digit number. All is good.

Just tested without the URLs populated and it was the culprit! Start call url, I just realized that the dev pulled a commit from the repo we use and it reverted the update.php to use a different db connection, That was the issue! Good Call once again William!! Thanks!!
