Quantity calls today and answered

Postby macaruchi » Wed Jul 03, 2024 4:30 pm

Hi!
I wanna know the difference between
CALLS TODAY 568
DROPPED/ANSWERED 42/818

The calls today, I think, must be equal to ANSWERED calls
why this difference ?

This is the image from RealTime Report

I noticed this recently too. I assumed it was a bug in a recent SVN but I see in your footer your SVN is quite old...

Anyone know why the answered is a bigger number then the calls today? I assumed it was inbound but that doesn't seem to be the case.

1) This is not a "general discussion", but a support request. Moved to Support board accordingly.

2) Good job posting your specs!

3) What sort of dialing are you doing? Manual? Autodial? Inbound?

4) Have you ever moved your server or imported your database?

5) Have you upgraded recently (or at least since the last time you are POSITIVE the Calls Today vs Answered numbers were correct, not just thinking you might remember)?

6) Are you viewing a single campaign with that realtime, or "all campaigns"?

7) Are other campaign(s) affected by this oddity?

You'll need to test (check for yourself) and find which of those stats are for Outbound Autodial vs Inbound and/or Manual dialed calls. Don't take my word for any of it. Much simpler to check (and you'll definitely remember that way). Plus you can post your results here for posterity (and the next guy ... which is always appreciated).

I'm shocked you actually answered the questions concisely. Well done, that. 8-)
