Routing Extension 8369 AMD not working.

Hello all,

I ahev installed ViciBox_v10.x86_64-10.0.2.iso on my cloud server, but running outbound camp withrouting extension 8369, but its unable to filter AMD properly voicemail is hitting to agents session,

Can anybody help me out from this issue
