Do you mean how many calls the Autodialer will generate for an available agent in READY status on the real time screen?
This value is set in the Campaign settings basic and detail screen. There is also a preference in System Settings for the Max amount available on that setting.
If that's not your question: If you want each agent to be able to log in with multiple "agent connections" to handle multiple agent sessions simultaneously, that's a completely different story. So I asked.
But I digress: If you are asking this question, I strongly suspect you should be reading the (Free or paid, both are available) Vicidial Manager's Manual available at EFLO.net. Considering that there's a free version, and it has a lot of information in it ... that could help you make $$ ...
