No Voice or Dead Air

Hi guys.

I’m encountering an issue with my Vicidial setup where most calls result in dead air. In the PCAP files, I can see that RTP packets are sent, and a confirmation packet returns, but immediately after that, a Bye packet is sent from the provider's side. Has anyone dealt with this problem before or found a solution? If you have any advice or need more details, please let me know.

.189 is my server
.58 is my billing server and bye is coming from this.

If the BYE is coming from YOUR billing server, then perhaps your billing server has declined the call. Where's the BYE from the carrier?
