Hi palls

I have some troubles with some users that select to show in the realtime report the carrier stats , these users dont have tehcnical skills but they use this view for cause some misundestanding thnking that they know how the system work .So i decied to hidee this feature but i dont find any options to hide permantly this view from these users ,,There is way to do it ? thanks in advance

Admin->Servers ... turn off the collection of the data.

to my knowledge, there is not a way by default, you would have to change some source code to remove that option from the realtime report php itself

Valid point. It wouldn't be difficult to limit this option to users with a specific user_level directly in the code (or with some other privilege, or even a variable in the user custom fields).

Also: Since this is obviously a support request, I'll go ahead and move it to the support board. Might get more attention there.
