Hello,
I noticed that the duration of calls on the call_log table is not correct. Example a lead with 476 seconds on the form and the voice recording and on the call_log table only 8 seconds.
This error distorts the outbound stats and we end up as if an overbilling because on a single day a difference of 2000 minutes.
I made a custom report to see the difference between the billing and the duration provided on vicidial it gives a big gap.

There are multiple issues with the call_log table, we don't recommend using it for call duration measurements. Instead, use the vicidial_log for outbound calls and the vicidial_closer_log for inbound calls.
