Apache not Loading

After run this command

sudo zypper refresh
sudo zypper update -y

vicidial does nor load in domain.com or domain.com:446

i found different solutions online but when run

Syntax OK

i really appreciated your support, /etc/apache2/conf.d/mod_deflate.conf was included in both files, i did the 1-3 steps and reboot, hopefully it works
