Hello, this is the scenario I am stuck on:

One agent is logged into campaign 1002, they fill in the custom fields on the "form" tab. There is no save button here that I can see.

They transfer to the inbound group using the Local Closer button (blind transfer) and it transfers to an agent in the same campaign who is logged in as closer.

The recipient does not receive the updated custom fields. I can see in the database of leads the form is saving, just doesn't appear for the recipient. Is there some setting I need to make sure is correct in the campaign or inbound group?

Have you ever updated this server (vicidial code, database)?

Imported the database from an old server?

Have these leads been moved from their original lists to other lists? (doing so can break custom field links)

Please include a link to your installation instructions in case there is a flaw from that source in need of fixing (or perhaps to cause the author of that install set to say hi?)

Is there a refresh button on the form field?

You can add a "save" button to any custom form, use the BUTTON field type. From the HELP:

"BUTTON will allow you to commit changes made to the form and reload it, the Field Name will be the text next to the button, the Field Default will be the text on the button, and the Field Options will need to be SubmitRefresh with the Field Size set to 1 for it to function."

Im confident the save button will fix it. I'll report back.
