Agent not getting called on scratch install

ViciDial VERSION: 2.14-936a
BUILD: 250227-1607
Virtual machine 4cpu 8ram (just as sandbox)

I'm following this guide: https://dialer.one/index.php/how-to-scr ... on-ubuntu/
Everything looks good until I try to login an agent, because the call to his phone isn't triggered until ADMIN_keepalive_ALL.pl crontab entry gets run.

Also, I don't see the ASTsend screen running, and instead it seems it's duplicating some other screens:

The ubuntu scratch it outdated, just use the alma 9 installer found below:
