Hi,

We need to know if is possible, change the write frequency to the database for the "System Performance" table. I see that the system write to this table each 5 seconds, if possible aument this time to 1 day or more?

This is the info for my server.
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3878
DB Schema Version: 1718
Vicibox Ver.: 11

Thanks

Anything is possible.

But: Why?

I strongly suspect you're trying to solve a problem, but since we have no idea what the problem is, spending the time necessary to dig up the method for this solution (and ALL the likely repercussions, which would need to be dealt with), makes it much more useful if you share your reasoning.

Ordinarily in this situation, the problem you're trying to solve has to be solved another way. So ... 8-)

Thanks William for your answer.

I don't have problems with my system.
The reason for this question is because I enabled the option to log "system performance" and the table for this log in the database increased the size of the database quite a bit, in only two days. Then i Need enable this report, but wan't increase the size of databe so much.

Regards

So you do have a problem you're trying to solve: Too much HD usage and it's filling your HD. 8-)

The purpose of the System Performance report is to show how much the server is handling at any moment in time. If you run it daily at the same time, the information provided will be pretty much useless as it could randomly hit the busiest part of the hour or the least busy part of the hour.

It sounds like you're not really looking for the data this report shows at all. This report is primarily designed for troubleshooting issues with overload and/or load balancing among servers. It kinda sounds like you're not in need of that sort of data at present. Especially if the ONLY problem your system has is a hard drive that is rapidly filling because of this data! However, you could set the system to prune (delete) this data daily and keep only 24-48 hrs worth of data in case it means something to you.

What information are you hoping to get from this report?
