Another source for manuals?

I have tried to purchase the manuals from the site listed but no matter what credit card I try it will not go through. I have also tried to contact them through their site but I get no response. Does anyone have an alternative location to purchase the Agents & Administrators manuals? Or contact information where I can speak to someone?

What country are you in? Paypal may have problems with some foreign credit cards.
But, I am sure MFlorell (the manual's author) have solution for you.
