Hi
iam using FC5 with
SVN Asterisk
SVN AGC
SVN Zaptel
SVN Libpri
Ztdummy
I have set the call time out 50seconds
the agents are dialing manual dial mode, most of the calls out of 10, 5 calls drops with in the 10-15seconds.
so i have made the dispostion called call drop
and trying to call them manually using my x-lite iam able to hear success of the calls.
i dont see any Asteriks Cli errors for that calls.
Xeol Dual processor 3.X Ghz
4GB RAM
15K RPM SCSI
15agents is the setup.
Concurrent calls i observed is 6 or 7 Maximum, even though 15 agents logged in to the server.
Any suggestions where to watch to identify the problem.
what logs i can look other than Asterisk Errors.

Hi,
First of all, I like to thank all the guys that have posted their support with my previous experiences or problems. I wish I would know more about Linux, Asterisk and Astguiclient so I can also help, unfortunely I'm a novice and I'm limited to read's people problems. Once again, thanks.
Here is my question. On my campaing's "Local Call Time" I've tried all times that ends at 9:00 PM. However; after 5:00 PM there are no leads on the dial hopper. I've even created new local call times, but without success.
I'm located in South Florida. The server has the proper time:
# /usr/local/bin/ntpdate -u 18.145.0.30
17 Jul 23:53:06 ntpdate[14408]: adjust time server 18.145.0.30 offset -0.001233 sec
On the phone record the "Local GMT" is set to -5. I don't know what else to do.
As always, all help and support is greatly appreciated !

What is the gmt_offset_now of all of your leads?
SELECT count(*),status,called_since_last_reset,list_id,gmt_offset_now from vicidial_list group by status,called_since_last_reset,list_id,gmt_offset_now;

Can you post some bits of asterisk cli when calls are dropped ? Did you check if you have proper dial timeout in extensions.conf ? I think some part of asterisk cli when calls are dropped may help ...
Since you dont have any asterisk cli errors I think this might also be problem with your carrier ? Are you using voip trunks ? Try on some other provider for testing
