Hello to everybody!
Unfortunately our agents doesn't speak english at all :oops:

, so I'm correcting the italian traduction of vicidial (mflorell tell me if I can send you the translated vicidial.php). Now I need to translate the dispositions. I'm asking the right procedure to translate them without problems or leak.

If you will be translating the client, please corrent the existing language_it.txt file instead of sending a translated vicidial.php.

As for changing statuses, the codes used for them(INCALL, QUEUE, DROP, etc..) are hard-coded and should not be changed, but the description of them can be changed with no issues.

I've sent you the corrected language_it.txt, but a lot of phrases are not in that file (like some phrases in the manual dial page)

If anything is missing please add it to the end of the file.

Are you working off of the 2.0.3 release?
