Message Broadcasting question

While going though the document, I found message broadcasting can be possible using vicidial. Please advice how I can configure this using vicidial.

Here is what I need
IVR message will play
press 1 the number will be blacklist
press 2 the call will transfer to a DID number
press 3 the call will hang UP.

What you want to do would require custom AGI programming, If you are unfamiliar with Perl, you should contact a VICIDIAL consultant to help you.

Any pointers on where to start with this feature? Can you also recommend (pm me) another consultant who can modify some of the AGIs specifically for these features.

The agi-VDAD_transferBROADCAST script will get you most of the way with this. As for a consultant, check out the jobs forum right here.
