log vs agent_log

Hi
I am under the impression that a record is only written away to the agent_log when the call is directed to an agent. If this is correct, how can there be records of status "A" (Answering Machine) in the agent_log table?

If the agent set the call status to A.

It is a selectable status by default, so agents can use it on any call they want.
