call doesnt go out

Hi,

I have installed asterisk and vicidial following the instruction from the SCRATCH_INSTALL and no errors while installing. My box is having to ethernet cards one pointing to internet IP and the other to private network.

We are using eye-beam and are registered to private IP of the box.
when trying to make a test call from eye-beam im getting these errors.

check your codec, and check if the sip account is registered. check your dial plan too and the context.

Thanks for your quick response.

I have checked the codec, context id default and sip show registry shows as sip account is registered, but with sip show peers it is showing as UNREACHABLE. Im trying make a test call from soft phone (eye-beam)
