HI I GOT SOME PROBLEM IN OUR CENTER.. MY VICIDIAL SOMETIME, JUST KEEP ON AUTOCONFERENCE BETWEEN TWO AGENTS... HOW CAN I DISABLED THIS OR RESOLVED THIS PROBLEM?

have them logout properly.

click the logout button hang up the phone if its not yet hanged up than just closing the browser window.
