Hello,

I want to use one of the nice agi scripts bundled with VD. The script "agi-VDADautoREMINDER.agi" works fine so far.

But one small thing works not right on my system. The "message_audio_file" starts playing before the customer picks up the phone.
So depending on how long it lasts to pick up the phone, the message_audio_file can not be heared completley from the called customer.

Any Idea ?

Hve you tried adding in waitforsilence?

Hello,

the problem was the used extension to test the script. There was a implicit Answer() in the dialplan for this number and behind this backround the script worked completley right.
