Hi,

I have done installation with Scratch_Install.

I am using SIP Trunk Only.

Problem i am getting when i dial International Number works fine.

But when i dial US Local number it Adds 9 before the number and our provider don't support 9.

I blocked all of the other context and made my own. But it still adds the 9 before my Number i cleaned whole extensions.conf then i dialed again i found that 9 is added before the dialed number.
Where is this 9 coming from i try comment out all other confings in extensions.conf but cannot remove 9.

where is this 9 coming from help is needed.

on the campaign manager the default prefix is 9 change it to x

and also

on your extensions.conf check your dial plan

or better yet paste your dial plan here.

and remember to utilize the EXTEN:1 on your dial plan so that it will ignore that prefix when sending the call to the provider.

I will also highly suggest you get the Manager's manual at www.eflo.net

here is my Asterisk CLI response:
> Channel SIP/1001-0926b3a8 was answered.
-- Executing AGI("SIP/1001-0926b3a8", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log") in new stack
-- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log completed, returning 0
-- Executing Dial("SIP/1001-0926b3a8", "SIP/916467231856@SIPTrunk") in new stack
-- Called 916467231856@SIPTrunk
-- SIP/SIPTrunk-092708e8 is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
As you can see i have made changes on my vicidial campaign but it still dial 9 for US Local Number

I get circuit busy error when i dial using prefix 9 other then when I dial with international with 011 Prefix works perfect.
