Customer has Hang up : SIP/siproute-xxxxxxx

Hi

i have installed in my LAB for testing some settings
with 8 agents, iam facing some different problem

when iam using Ratio Dial 1.5
with 8 agents online.

when the call connected while talking on the call

i get on screen above said subject error.
even though call is established.

i have not come across this problem, could some one confirm
that they have faced this problem any time.

Centos Server CD 4.4
with all updates

asterisk 1.2.17
AGC 2.0.3

I keep getting this green screen, even though customer online

another thing, due to some problem server rebooted

what kind of steps to take care to when the server go down unexpectedly

after power lost i have this problems.

post results of "show channels concise" in your Asterisk CLI.

What version of Asterisk?

show nothing, its just returns empty

iam using asteriks 1.2.17

It remains empty when this problem happens?

That means there is certainly something wrong somewhere in your Asterisk installation or your Asterisk conf files.
