I have a problem:
I use vicidial + trunk SIP, when i configure the account in asterisk and try to dial with a softphone to one client, the call is OK , i lisent de client,
when i use agc/astguiclient.php to dial manual, the client is lisent OK, and the call is OK.

BUT when i used agc/vicidial.php the client answer the call but a dont lisent de client and the client dont lisent me .. i dont have audio.

when i was login to vicidial, the conference is ok, but i dont lisent de girl when say "YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON EN THIS CONFERENCE".

somebary know something .. . ???

Did you follow the steps of scratch_install

what is the proceedure you are following to login agent

1. use soft or hard phone loging to asterisk.
2. http://ip/agc/
3. loging respected phone and agent login

then observ in the asterisk cli,

post the any errors you see there.
