Building a New Vicidial Server - Hardware configuration Help

I'm new to Vicidial and Asktrick. I just bought a Server Case. And want to know what do I have to buy in order for everything to work. I'm looking to have a 10-20 seat call center with calls recorded on verification.

I would say 92% will be outbound predictive and 8% will be inbound from people calling back. so Blended. Calling to consumers in the US

Hard drives?
Digi card? phone cards?
Phones?
How do i attach the phones to the server?

How do i attach the phones to the server?

If you have not done any call center setup before

better to opt an a consultant will be good idea.
