callback configuration

Hi

Is there anyone here can help me..how to map my callback # in station 5?
Actually our callback # was being map in station 1 by our past Admin., And i Want it now to Transfer or Add it On Agent 5..

What file must i config? and Which part...

Am sorry but the post is a little unclear. Could you please explain in detail what you would like on the call back?

If it's a certain user that needs call back permissions. Simply go to http://VICI-IP/vicidial/admin.php ; click on the user that you would like to take callbacks and assign Scheduled Call Back and Agent Only callback (if needed) to that user. Do make sure that the campaign has callbacks enabled and disposition configured

Im sorry..Im refering to the

extension.conf code... because our last admin configure it there...
