Hi
Step by step are like this
1. Login to asterisk using X-lite or hard phone
2. Loging to admin page
3. get in to reports / listen or barge
4. check the users live calls
5. click the listen or barge the call, so the call will connect to your soft or had phone.
6. when you dont just hang up softphone or hard phone.
7. if you like to listen or barge any other agent. follow the same.
(do not forget to hangup, when you were moving to other agent)
