Hi Matt,

I pretty much confused about the working of call times, I want to run campaigns at different odd hours but for some reason campaigns dont run on my specified times.

Can you kindly elaborate how does call times work, i ve gone thru all the steps mentioned in manager manuals. my time is GMT -5 and i have also set gmt_set_now for leads to -5.00

What do you mean by 'different odd hours'?

Couple of things to check when it comes to call times:
Have you set your server's timezone correctly? (I mean the 'Local GMT' settings on the admin gui under Admin/Servers.)
Is the phone_code field filled out correctly for your leads?
Do you have the ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl in your crontab?
