so apeartly we know that this is caused if the auto dial script runs for a while.. i like to make a fix for this and was wondering if there is a easy way to check if the channel is really alive or not.. Or if there is a solution to fixing this problem?

This is something that the AST_VDremote_agents.pl needs to be doing. As for seeing if a channel is live, it should be in the live_channels or live_sip_channels table if it is a live channel on the Asterisk server.
