Hello,
I want to record and retrieve conversations. how to record every conversation and retrieve conversation by dialling an extension number.

Target is to play recorded conversation of any user by dialing corresponding extension number.

for recordings, you can set all recording by force in campaign settings

If you want any user to hear any recordings, thats need to put in order.

may be you can create seperate dialplan for that and send them to
voice menu and start retrivinng one by one voice recorded files.

I recomend that is the high load on server, instead, you can download them, or host in a virtual host, so any one can retrive inside the LAN and hear the recordings using any media player.
