Asterisk and centrex

my asterisk havin problem if use the centrex line. when i use direct phone line, the asterisk is working fine.

what i know is because of the voltage of direct phone line and centrex line is different.
Direct phone line is 48 volt but centrex is 24 volt.
so when i use the centrex line on my asterisk, the asterisk cannot call out & and call in any more. the phone line is always off hook(on busy).

anyone can tell me how to solve this centrex problem?
