How to change the agent calling screen.

I want to know first of all if I can change the agent calling screen. If I can change the screen, how do I change label information and field sizes on the screen.

If it will sufficiently serve your purpose, why not use the web form instead?

It will be so much easier. At any rate, its easier and works gr8 for me

I use the webform as well. But would like to customize the agent calling screen to clean up the information. A few of our agents call on commercial customers and would like the company name and person's professional title to show. The title screen in the agent window is designed for displaying Mr., Mrs. etc. I need to display their career title. I was using the comments area to display the company name and would like to change the label to reflect this usage.

The screen is defined in vicidial.php (at the very end of it).
Look for the "<!-- BEGIN ********* Here is the main VICIDIAL display panel -->" tag.

Hi i've modified the agent screen but i want to change the gender and date_of_birth purpose to use it for something else.

I´ ve modified the from and the vicidial_list fields but teh data sent in the form is not saved at the vicidial_list table, maybe you happen to know waht can i do for that?

There are several things you need to check in both vicidial.php and vdc_db_query.php to alter field values and have them work properly. I would suggest getting familiar with the code and going step by step.
