Testing Load Balancing Setup, Forcing if necessary

Two Webservers (Using balance to load balance)
DB server
Two Vicidial/Asterisk servers
All sip phones Registered to the first Vicidial server
Here is my Scenario:
I've setup the VICIDIAL/ASTERISK servers as indicated with LOAD_BALANCE.txt file and wondering is there anything else I need to do?
I'm testing with just a handful of agents(3 on one campaign, 4 on another) and seeing no load balancing happening. I'm assuming my setup is lacking or this is not enough to spawn any load balancing. I see the two servers registered to each other.
Here are my questions
:
1. Is there any other configuration needed beyond the load_balancing.txt for it to work?
2. Is there a quick way to test the load balancing?
