i have vicidial 2.0.3
and asterisk 1.2.17
and sometimes when the agents are working the vicidial cross the agents .
the dialer connect the conferences agents with agents .
any agents can ear oneother agents


i dont know whats happening..
helpme anybody please

One of the most common reason for this is that when the agents don't logout from Vicidial properly. Another one is related to the meetme timer not working properly (I had an x100p dying on me). Misconfiguration of your extensions.conf might also be the cause.

Is this a single or multi-server setup?
