Listen to calls on PDA

I am new to Vicidial but got my first operation up and running and have an idea that would work well in my environment.

I want to allow my shift managers to be able to walk around the floor and listen to reps on the phone and offer assistance if necessary.

The only way I know so far to listen to calls is through the admin console.

My question is, does anyone know of any issues of extracting the neccesary scripts from the admin console php and writing them to a PDA friendly size to patch it through to a SJLabs softphone on a Dell X51 PDA with Windows Mobile 5?

I will be starting this tomorrow and would appreciate any feedback from anyone that has tried this so far.

I've never done anything like that before, usually room managers just use a simple cordless phone to listen to agents on the phone.

Let us know how it goes.
