my terminal computers
are
dell opti plus
pentium 2's and 3's
256 ram
sound cards are soundblaster live digital cards
using 15 dollar headsets from local electronics store
x-lite
the audio sometimes is great sometimes is not so great
often requires some adjusting in the x-lite to get the audio where it should be
i dont think it is a problem with my server
any suggestions
different headsets?
sound card?
ram in my terminals?
bandwidth?
often it is one terminal has bad audio
sometimes a couple terminals
sometimes no issues at all
no influx in the amount of reps on the system

Hello
Check what your agents are running in their system.
but I would suggest if the terminal have usb ports get a Plantronics DSP400 or 400DSP headset.
also have your computers defragged or optimized and remove unnecessary applications

I seem to have the same problem. Please post your findings.
Our computers are a little faster pentium 4's with 512mb of ram but they have onboard sound cards and 10 dollar headsets
